This policy explains what information may be handled when you visit The Inner Child Practice or choose to join Clarice Sawyer's reader newsletter.
Information You Choose to Provide
If you join the reader newsletter, you voluntarily provide your name and email address through an embedded AWeber form. This information is used to send occasional reflections, practical exercises, new reader resources, and updates from Clarice Sawyer.
The site does not ask you to submit trauma histories, abuse histories, diagnoses, mental-health conditions, or other sensitive health information.
Our Email Service Provider
AWeber provides the newsletter signup and email delivery service. When you use the embedded form, your submission is sent to AWeber and handled through its systems under its own privacy practices. The Inner Child Practice does not intercept the form submission or maintain a separate subscriber database.
Your Email Choices
Joining the newsletter is optional. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. An unsubscribe request is handled through AWeber.
Ordinary Server Logs
Like most websites, the web host may keep ordinary server logs when pages or files are requested. These logs may include information such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested page, date and time, and referring page. They are generally used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
Cookies and Analytics
The Inner Child Practice does not currently use its own analytics service, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies. The embedded newsletter form loads resources from AWeber, so your browser connects to AWeber when that form is displayed. Any cookies or similar technologies used through that service are governed by AWeber's own practices.
Sharing and Sale of Information
The Inner Child Practice does not sell subscriber information. Services used to operate the website and newsletter, including AWeber and the web host, may handle information as part of providing those services.

This policy may be updated if the site's practices or services change. The updated date above will show when the policy was last revised.
